It can happen to anybody – you see a brochure depicting happy, well-rested vacationers and figure that every all inclusive vacation offers that same experience. But when you arrive, you realize that each resort has a distinct clientele and personality that may or may not fit your vision of the perfect vacation.

And while travel agents can give you a good idea about the resorts, they simply can’t read your mind or know what would make the vacation perfect for you. If you want a great vacation, you have to do a little homework ahead of time so you can give your agent a good sense of what you are looking to experience.

Remember, all inclusive resort vacations are a great, cost-effective way to get the most out of your vacation budget, but a family vacation or a couple’s getaway can be a major purchase. And while budget is a great place to start when choosing and all inclusive vacation, it’s important not to stop there. The more information you can give your travel agent, the better they can match you with the perfect resort.
